Be Out There On Earth Day

It's Earth Day, everyone! We at Green Hour have a simple suggestion for how to celebrate.

Go outside.

Really -- that's it. For a brief time today, just go outside and appreciate something about the natural world.

Even if you are, right now, stuck in a cubicle in the center of a sprawling metropolis or a sterile office park, I guarantee you that you can find something natural outside to cherish, appreciate, and love.

For example:

And, since we believe that every day is Earth Day, experiment with making this a daily routine. Your Green Hour doesn't have to include a 10-mile hike or a trip to the top of the tallest mountain. Nature is found in your neighborhood and where you work -- if you open your eyes!
